Session Description:
Your organization's support departments perform a range of activities, but is each individual performing the right ones? Using our experience in performing business process reviews, we'll share some of the common themes we see that can be considered and implemented in your organization, focusing on the fiscal department. We will discuss a straight-forward method you can use to evalute your fiscal, or other, department's processes for efficiencies. This session will emphasize discussion on what may work best for your organization and will include exercises to help participants focus on their own support departments.
