Session Description:
How do you "plan"? How do the needs of the community inform your programming efforts? And further, are you in a strong, capable, or weak position to deliver on those community needs? To be successful in achieving your mission and fulfilling your obligations, you must have the explicit support of your community. Attend this session to discover how to use your community needs to lay the foundation for your planning and goal-setting efforts, as well as to dynamically change the way your organization is perceived by funders, partners, and the community as a whole.
