Session Description:
Research demonstrates that the vast majority of employees do not leave an organization; rather, they leave their leader. Ineffective leaders cause employees to become disconnected and disengaged, resulting in turnover, or worse yet, quitting while still on the job! In this highly interactive session, we will identify how your leadership style and behaviors impact individuals and teams. Every participant will have the opportunity to experience Predictive Index®, a behavioral assessment tool that demonstrates the power (and ease) of understanding your own behavioral preferences and that of the team you lead. Join us in learning how you can become more productive and effective as a leader through self-awareness.
