Your culture—more than your brand, strategy, grant money, talent or technology—is the greatest driver of outcomes for your agency. How well do you understand your culture and how it works for (or against) your biggest goals and your mission in the community? Most would admit "not enough." This session will be facilitated in groups using a new and very unique visual map to accelerate learning.
