The Annual Wipfli Winter Training Conference includes multiple sessions with detailed yet easy-to-understand information to help you comply with regulations, seek new revenue opportunities, and impact your mission.

You can select from multiple sessions presented by our experienced, seasoned trainers who specialize in management issues including finance/accounting/tax, Head Start/Early Head Start, human resources, risk, management/best practices, organization development/leadership, healthcare, Sage Intacct, tribal and technology.

What is the check-in process?

The registration desk is located in the Convention Center Lobby Main Entrance. Check-in dates and times are as follows:

Are refreshments included in the registration fee?

Yes. Light morning and afternoon refreshments are included in the registration fee.

What should I wear?

Business casual or casual wear is appropriate. Dress in layers or bring a jacket or sweater. Hotel meeting rooms are often chilly. The room temperatures inside tend to be chilly.

What materials and handouts do we receive?

All session materials* will be available through the Wipfli mobile app two weeks prior to the conference. You may download the materials to your computer/device and bring your computer/device with you to the conference. If you prefer to print the materials, please bring them with you, since paper copies will not be available onsite.

Do I need to prepare or bring anything?

Come to this conference prepared to learn and have fun! Bring your registration confirmation for fast check-in. How can I get all the sessions I want with the limited time we have at the conference?

We recommend bringing your entire team. This conference offers something for everyone, and we offer group rates.

Can I select sessions from multiple tracks?

Yes! The tracks are there for your convenience. You have the option to select sessions from multiple tracks or stay within one track.

Will I get Continuing Professional Credits (CPE) or a certificate to verify my participation?

Yes. Wipfli will award CPE* credit(s) and a certificate of participation with proof of attendance at the conference. Please watch for information on Wipfli’s mobile app. Simply download the app, add or change sessions in your schedule and complete a "keyword" survey to receive your credit(s)!

Our attendees have enjoyed using the mobile app to access the agenda, presentation materials and maps for the meeting space and for networking with other attendees.

An official certificate of participation will be sent approximately four to six weeks following the conference to those participants who submit the applicable attendance records.

*National Registry of CPE Sponsors: Wipfli LLP is registered with the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy (NASBA) as a sponsor of continuing professional education on the National Registry of CPE Sponsors. State boards of accountancy have final authority on the acceptance of individual courses for CPE credit. Complaints regarding registered sponsors may be submitted to the national Registry of CPE Sponsors through its website: www.learningmarket.org.

Will there be time to ask questions in the sessions or after?

Yes, you can ask questions after the session ends, if time allows. If you were unable to ask your question, visit the Wipfli Q&A Station. Wipfli staff and trainers will be available to answer your questions throughout the conference. Many trainers will be available for brief one-on-one consultation. Contact any Wipfli associate, and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Can I record this training seminar on tape or video?

No. To promote open discussion and protect the confidentiality of all participant questions and comments, we do not allow our training sessions to be recorded.

Can family members attend sessions?

No, only registered participants are allowed in sessions. Seating can be very limited and must be reserved for paying participants.

What is the cancellation policy?

Cancellations made after November 7, 2019, will be charged $100 per person cancellation fee. If you cancel, you may send a substitute from your organization. Participants who register but neither attend nor cancel are liable for their full registration fee. Call 888.876.4992 for questions about this policy.

What is the media policy?
