Session Description:
Join your fellow leaders for a Q&A discussion around what you can do to be best position your organization if the economy significantly slows or moves to a recession. Nothing is certain and we certainly are hopeful a recession or slowing economy does not occur, but if it does, two thing are likely for many organizations: Demand for services will increase and funding will become more uncertain. Last recession, many organizations were able to leverage ARRA funds to help. This time, who knows? In this session we will share ideas to be ready and get ahead before the storm hits.
